It depends on the activity. For introductory canyoning, from age 8. Via ferratas, from age 10. Technical activities or expeditions, usually 16-18 years old. Each activity clearly indicates the recommended age.

We work with small groups to guarantee safety and quality. A maximum of 8-10 people per guide for beginners, and even smaller groups for technical activities. If your group is too large, we'll split it and add more guides.

They generally include: a Spanish-speaking guide throughout the trip, accommodation, local transportation, scheduled activities, travel insurance, and assistance. International flights are usually not included, but we can help you find the best options.

Our expeditions have a maximum of 12 people to maintain the essence of a small group and personalized experience. There is also a minimum (usually 6 people) to confirm the trip. We will inform you of the group's status upon booking.
