2. Scope
This Cancellation Policy regulates the conditions applicable to all activities, tours and services offered and contracted through this website.

3. Notice of Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made in writing, sending an email to info@indartuadventure.com with the reservation details, name of the client and date of the activity.

4. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
a) Cancellations 30 days or more in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
b) Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the date of the activity: 50% of the total amount paid is refunded.
c) Cancellations less than 15 days in advance: no refund is due, except in duly justified cases and at the discretion of Indartu Adventure.

5. Justified Causes
Duly accredited extraordinary situations (such as serious illness, accident, force majeure or similar events) that reasonably prevent participation will be considered justified causes. The acceptance of these causes is at the discretion of Indartu Adventure, and documentation may be required to support the request.

6. Returns and Deadlines
Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, within 14 working days of confirmation of cancellation.

7. No-Shows
Failure to show up on the day and at the time agreed for the performance of the activity without prior notice will be considered a cancellation with less than 15 days and will not give the right to a refund.

8. Acceptance of the Policy
By formalizing a reservation and making the payment, the client declares that he has read, understood and accepted this Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
